The room was spacious with lots of useful equipment. the swimming pools are large. It is right ON the beach. breakfast was good with lots of choice.
the air conditioner leaked ON the floor. our beds were two small ones put together. the bed linen was not covering the bottom mattress.

I found the multiple swimming pools to be a delight. A main restaurant offered a kids menu without extra charge when parents bought their meal. The rooms are good size and kept clean . I also found a 24-hour store across from the hotel, it offered some restaurants, so convenience was very high.
The check-in did not offer any welcome drink, it was a minor thing.

The resort has a family-friendly design. The location is directly on the beach. This is perfect for swimming. Pools are nice. I always found a place to sit. Breakfast was amazing, and the food was good.
The walk to the hotel restaurants was unsheltered. It was inconvenient during rain.

The room included a fully equipped kitchen area. The bathroom was spacious, with a nice patio that led directly to the pool. It also had a large bed and sitting area.

Breakfast had many options for all. The food was tasty. I found the service friendly, though a little slow at times. The staff sometimes forgot checkbacks, though overall the dining experience was enjoyable.

the breakfast had many choices and it overlooked the sea. the hotel was very clean and the pools were nice.
The staff was not well trained. They squeezed into lifts with guests! a late check out request for 30 minutes was not fulfilled. it was inflexible.

the WIND this morning WAS really STRONG. the breakfast AREA is OUTSIDE, and the wind totally destroied THE roof of half the restaurant! the staff were AT one point holding it BY their hand with rope so IT wont blow OFF. I asked staff if I CAN take my breakfast to ROOM, because I feel unsafe! the MAN at reception told ME that also other PEOPLE sit there and eat, so I CAN sit there too. WHAT kind of answer is that?!
